Eligible accounts receive a seven-day cloud trial with up to 10 requests per day. Afterwards, a separate auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription allows up to 20 requests per day. On-device conversation on compatible devices does not require a cloud subscription. Prices appear before purchase.

Why can’t I start a conversation?

Where can I see my strengths and patterns?
Open Analysis, or use the analysis button next to the microphone. Choose Angel for strengths or Devil for habits to reconsider. The radar chart, category scores and highlights use memories you have confirmed. Open a category or highlight to see the words behind it. Each distinct saved piece of evidence adds one point within its category and perspective; these are observation counts, not personality ratings. An unrecorded category means there is no saved evidence yet, not a low score.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase, then open Settings → Another perspective → Restore purchases. A purchase awaiting approval becomes available after approval. Your first character is unlocked for free.
Can I change or delete a memory?
Open Memories to edit an entry or delete it. AI suggestions are saved only after you review and confirm them.
Cloud access and character purchases
The one-time purchase unlocks the other character only. Cloud access requires a separate monthly or yearly subscription after the eligible seven-day trial. Subscriptions allow up to 20 cloud requests per day; the trial allows 10. Both cloud modes share one account counter, reset at 00:00 UTC. Requests that fail after processing starts count toward the limit. Upgrading keeps the same day’s usage.
