Moshimoshi Touch Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the iOS app Moshimoshi Touch provided by STS WORKS.
Information Collected by the App
Moshimoshi Touch does not collect or transmit personal information, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, audio recordings, or app interaction data to STS WORKS or any third party.
The app:
- does not require account registration or sign-in;
- does not display advertising;
- does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs;
- does not request access to the camera, photo library, contacts, location, microphone, or tracking;
- does not send the child’s usage information to an external server.
On-Device Usage Statistics
For a parent or guardian, the app displays only aggregate usage statistics stored locally on the device:
- total number of play sessions;
- total play time;
- number of uses for each pretend-play feature.
These statistics do not contain names, dates, times, detailed history, device identifiers, or account information. They are not transmitted outside the device. A parent or guardian can reset them from Parent Settings at any time. Uninstalling the app also removes them.
In-App Purchase
The optional one-time purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit. The app does not send payment information to STS WORKS and does not use a developer server for purchase processing. Apple may process Apple Account, payment, and transaction information under Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
The child-facing area contains no advertising, external links, purchase controls, account registration, or data-entry forms. Parent Settings, purchase controls, and legal links are protected by a parental gate.
Data Retention and Deletion
STS WORKS has no server-side personal or usage data from Moshimoshi Touch to retain or delete. On-device aggregate usage statistics remain until a parent resets them or the app is uninstalled.
