ComicBand AI Use Terms

These terms supplement the STS WORKS Terms of Use for ComicBand’s AI generation feature (“the app”).
Eligibility and consent
AI generation is only for users who are 18 or older. Images containing anyone under 18 must not be submitted. For every photo, the user must have all necessary rights and informed consent to send and modify each depicted person’s likeness and to use the result. The user must also understand that Black Forest Labs may process inputs and outputs for service operation, training, and improvement.
Prohibited uses
Do not use the feature for non-consensual sexual, intimate, humiliating, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading depictions; impersonation; harassment; threats; discrimination; privacy or intellectual-property violations; face-recognition databases; identity verification; surveillance; law-enforcement or military use; sensitive-attribute inference; evasion of safety, authentication, quota, or payment controls; or any use prohibited by law or the Black Forest Labs Usage Policy.
Inputs and outputs
Users are responsible for their inputs and intended use. AI outputs may be inaccurate, non-unique, objectionable, or unsuitable. Review every output before saving, sharing, or publishing it. BFL’s public FLUX API terms permit inputs and outputs to be used for operation, product development, training, and improvement. Do not use AI generation if you do not agree.
STS WORKS or BFL may reject, restrict, or stop generation that violates these terms, provider policies, or law. Where technically possible, a rejected or failed generation does not consume a generation credit.
